Safety First!

Think Safety!

The products and practices mentioned on this blog have been included based on my personal opinion. These are things that have worked for my family. Your allergies and personal medical case is unique. Please consult  your Allergist or other personal medical professional familiar with your particular case prior to making changes or trying new things.

Due to the fact that ingredient lists and manufacturing practices change frequently and often by location, it is necessary that you re-read the label and perhaps contact the manufacturer directly prior to consuming! Labels are not always inclusive and contacting the manufacturer can be very helpful!

Additionally, containers often include  “May contain traces of….”, or “Made on equipment that manufactures or processes….”, or “Made in a facility that manufactures. . .”  Proceed with caution when you see that. I would suggest asking your Allergist or other personal medical professional familiar with your particular case what level of use these products would have for you. Safety first!
